Return & Exchange Policy

Return shipping costs: If it is the store's fault (wrong model sent, defective product) → Tutto will cover all expenses. If the customer changes their mind → The customer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, Tutto will proceed with: a full refund (in case of product return) or shipping the correct product model (in case of product exchange).
